This immersive food and wine holiday includes hands-on cooking lessons with MasterChef 2019 winner Irini Tzortzoglou who shares her passion for Greek flavours and ingredients as an expert host on her home island of Crete. Participants will learn to make and taste local specialities with Irini, including her favourite cocktail, finest Cretan olive oil and crispy loukoumades flavoured with cinnamon and honey, but will also experience life on the island with visits to a an eco-park, winery and bio-dynamic farm.

2. Birdlife of the Costa Blanca

Discover why countless bird species flock to Spain's Costa Blanca.
