Tour operator, Titan, took gold for best travel company to Southern Asia, best travel company to South America, and best travel company for wildlife & nature holidays, as well as winning seven silver and seven bronze awards.

Saga, which covers Escorted Touring, Hosted Holidays, Tailor-Made Travel by Saga, and Saga Cruises also swept the board with five golds, a silver and eight bronze awards.

The golds were for categories such as best travel company for escorted group holidays, singles holidays, and special occasions holidays, while Saga Cruises secured the top spot for best cruise line for luxury holidays, as well as bronzes for best cruise line for river cruise holidays and for no-fly cruise holidays.
