Saga Cruises, the UK’s leading cruise line for the over 50s, is delighted to announce that it has been recognised as a Recommended Provider of ocean cruises by consumer group Which? for the fourth consecutive year.

This prestigious accolade, based on independent reviews and real passenger feedback, further cements Saga's position as a trusted and reliable choice for discerning travellers seeking exceptional cruise experiences.

Which? is the leading consumer champion in the UK, who conducts rigorous investigations and reviews across various industries, including travel and cruising. Their recommendations are highly sought after by consumers looking for unbiased and trustworthy guidance.

The results are driven by thousands of guests rating their ocean cruises – the cabin, facilities, excursions, food and drink and customer service.

To be recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider is a significant achievement, demonstrating a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality cruises that meet and exceed guest expectations.

The latest Which? ‘Best and worst cruise lines’ report, published February 2024, gives Saga an independent customer score of 85%. This is based on a combination of overall satisfaction and how likely people are to recommend the cruise line to others.

Saga previously received the same Recommended Provider status in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Nigel Blanks, Chief Executive Officer of Saga Cruises says, “We are incredibly proud to have been recognised by Which? as a Recommended Provider of ocean cruises for the fourth year in a row. This endorsement from such a trusted and independent organisation is a true testament to the dedicated efforts of our entire team and the exceptional experiences we strive to create for our guests, every day.”

“I am always so proud of our Captains and crew, and these accolades are to recognise their hard work and dedication, going above and beyond to make every cruise truly exceptional.”

Saga’s brand-new season of 2025 no-fly cruises launches in the coming weeks, sailing aboard sister ships Spirit of Adventure and Spirit of Discovery. To find out more about Saga’s award-winning boutique ocean cruises, visit www.saga.co.uk/cruise.
