Dance to France for new-to-cruise guests

Love it first time or your money back!

Four-night taster cruise to experience the luxury of Saga’s new boutique ship Spirit of Discovery, includes chauffeur service to and from the port

Holidaymakers tempted by a cruise are invited to jump aboard Saga’s new ship Spirit of Discovery for a four-night taster sailing – and if they do not love their first Saga cruise their money will be refunded*.

The Dance to France sailing from Dover on October 3, 2019 offers music all the way and new-to-cruise guests can experience entertainment at The Club by Jools Holland, a steak restaurant and live music venue; The Playhouse, a 420-seat theatre which is home to the ship’s resident performance company, and the Britannia Lounge for more live music, dancing and a variety of guest entertainers.

Guests can meet in the South Cape Bar before dinner, enjoy world-class fine dining menus in a choice of restaurants and decide on which shows they wish to see before dancing ‘til late.

After lively evenings, guests can spend the days unwinding in style - the Aqua Spa with floor-to-ceiling windows offers pampering treats from massages to beauty treatments, it also offers an infra-red hydrotherapy pool and outdoor pool. Alternatively, guests can curl up with a book in the Living Room – the heart of the ship for those who want to relax.

The Dance to France sailing visits three classic French ports – Le Havre, St Malo and Cherbourg – so guests can wander in each town, stop for coffee, indulge in a spot of shopping or explore the history of the ports during the 80th anniversary of the start of the Second World War. The Explore Ashore team of on-board travel experts can also assist in researching destinations and provide independent travel advice.

A chauffeur service, within 250 miles of the Port of Dover, is included in the cruise price. There’s a price promise, too. Should Saga ever cut the cruise price or bring in a new special offer, the company will work out the difference and pass the value of the saving back to the guest, ensuring its always worthwhile booking early.
