Saga’s VIP door-to-door travel service is now included on all Saga chartered river cruises of 11 nights or more – and that’s in answer to passenger demand.

A limited period offer proved so popular that the over-50s company has decided to make the service a standard inclusion.

Saga river cruises of 11 nights or more range from sailings across Germany and Holland through to Eastern Europe and Russia. Many departures offer further value with full board accommodation, all-inclusive drinks or tours.

Joe Sutcliffe, Head of Long Haul and Specialist Products for Saga says, “Our business has been built on listening to, and adapting to, our customer’s demands. We offered the included travel service as a trial for longer river cruise holidays and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

“Our customers told us that after a longer holiday it made the whole experience more relaxing when they didn’t’ have to worry about car parking or the drive to and from the airport,. We have listened to their feedback and as a result have included the VIP door-to-door service for every river cruise of 11 nights or more.
