With the upcoming launch of their Escorted tours campaign in June, Saga Holidays are guaranteeing all departures from across their touring range.

Saga’s head of trade sales, Iain Powell commented “The touring market is growing significantly and the agents we work closely with have been pivotal in the sales of these products for Saga. However, one of the pinch points for agents and customers alike is when tours from any tour operator are cancelled due to low numbers. Agents help their customers choose tours that will give them new and exciting experiences and there’s nothing worse than when the customer then has to be told that this trip is no longer going ahead.
“Whilst customers know the decision is out of the agent’s hands, we’re conscious that this can end up having an impact on the relationship between the customer and the agent, but also can lead to both being more cautious about booking with that tour operator again. We are therefore delighted to announce that we are now able to guarantee all of our escorted tour departures so that agents and customers can have the peace of mind that if they book their trip with Saga the trip will go ahead.”
