Saga Travel introduces direct debit instalments to help guests’ budget for exciting trips

Payment plan spreads the cost of holidays with deposits from just £10 for Saga holidays and £50 on Saga Ocean cruises

Saga is making it easy to spread holiday costs by introducing an option to pay in monthly instalments by direct debit – starting with a deposits from £10 per person for its holidays and £50 per person for its Ocean cruises.

The initiative includes European and world-wide tours and holidays, ocean and river cruises and short breaks for guests aged 50 and above.

Guests can select a preferred monthly payment day, with the final debit due 10 weeks before departure. The direct debit can be set up with one phone call.

Making an early booking also offers the benefit of spreading the cost over a longer period.

Managing Director for Saga Holidays, Maria Whiteman says: the option to pay by direct debit means ‘customers can secure their next holiday early and then spread the cost over the coming months’

She said: “Booking early with Saga means more choice for our customers in many aspects of their holiday including; regional flight options, flight times, accommodation and cabin selection to mention just a few. That’s why it makes sense to offer Saga guests the chance to secure a great deal and spread the cost of their holiday. The earlier they book, the lower the monthly cost.”
